Jonathan Levitan's love of history dates back to his youth and since majoring in history at the University of Pennsylvania, he has immersed himself in reading about the Byzantine and Ottoman eras. He also holds a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. and has worked as a corporate healthcare attorney for a skilled nursing management company since 1993. He lives outside Philadelphia, PA with his family.
